1. About Bucorel

Bucorel develops technology platforms, software systems, search technologies, communication tools, automation systems, analytics solutions, APIs, integrations, and related digital infrastructure for businesses, organizations, governments, institutions, communities, and individuals. Our Services may include:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUCOREL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

• MERCHANTABILITY;
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• AVAILABILITY;
• SECURITY;
• ACCURACY; OR
• RELIABILITY.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
• Data will never be lost or delayed;
• Results or outputs will always be accurate or complete; or
• The Services will meet every requirement or expectation.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUCOREL AND ITS AFFILIATES, FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, OR GOODWILL;
• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR SYSTEM FAILURES; OR
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BUCOREL FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BUCOREL DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR
• INR 5,000.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bucorel and its affiliates, personnel, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Services;
• Your User Content;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

17. Compliance With Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requirements relating to your use of the Services.

You must not use the Services in jurisdictions or for activities prohibited by applicable law.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting or publication unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

20. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without prior written consent from Bucorel.

Bucorel may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets or operations.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bucorel regarding the Services unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
